JBird is built so a quality manager can run a system without help. Some organizations would still rather have an experienced aerospace quality auditor sit beside them for a particular job. These are the jobs we take on. Every one is optional, and none of them is needed to use JBird.
What we offer
Each engagement is quoted individually. The scope, the number of sites and the timing set the price, and you get it in writing before any work starts.
The audit your standard requires every year, carried out by an experienced aerospace quality auditor against the standard you hold — AS9100D, AS9120B, AS9110C or ISO 9001:2015. You get a written report and a closing debrief. Findings are entered in JBird's Internal Audits module, and any that need a corrective action are raised as NCRs, so your registrar finds the audit, the findings and the follow-up in one place.
Part-time quality management for an organization that does not need, or cannot yet fill, a full-time role. On a recurring arrangement we help keep the system moving: following corrective actions to closure, keeping documents and records current, watching the objectives and getting the next audit ready. Your top management stays accountable for the system, as the standard requires.
We prepare the review inputs from what the system already holds, run the meeting with your top management, and record the outputs and the actions that come out of it in JBird's Management Review module. The review becomes a decision-making meeting rather than a slide deck assembled the week before.
A clause-by-clause look at where your system stands against the standard, followed where you want it by a mock audit run the way a registrar would run one: process by process, asking for evidence. You get a ranked list of what to fix first. A mock audit is practice. It is not certification, and only your registrar can certify.
Do it yourself, with the product and its help to guide you. Work it as a hybrid, where we set up the core structure with you — process map, manual, document control — and your people take it from there. Or have it done for you, with us building the system and handing it over to be run. You choose the level that fits the time your team has.
You already have a manual, procedures and years of records. We move them into JBird so you do not spend a fortnight retyping: documents with their historical approver and date, and people, suppliers, equipment, customers and NCR/CAPA history from the spreadsheets you keep now. Your original files stay with you untouched.
Help choosing a registrar and comparing what each one offers, preparation before the audit, and a second pair of eyes on audit day. If the registrar raises nonconformities, we help you write responses that address the cause and not only the symptom. We support your people. We do not speak for the registrar and we do not influence the audit.
Most organizations will want one of these, once. Others will want the internal audit every year, or a quality manager on a recurring basis. If the job you have is not quite any of the above, tell us what it is and we will say plainly whether we are the right people to do it.

There is no price list on this page, because the same service can be a day for a small shop and a week across several sites. Tell us what you need on the contact page. We will ask a few questions about your standard, your size and your timing, and send you a written scope and quote.

No. JBird is software you can set up and run yourself, and every service on this page is optional. Some organizations use one service once; some use the same one every year.
No. We are not a registrar or a certification body, and only a registrar certifies your organization. A gap analysis, a mock audit or an internal audit tells you where you stand and what to fix before the registrar arrives. It does not replace their audit and it does not predict their decision.
Yes, wherever JBird has a place for them. Audit findings go into the Internal Audits module and can be raised as NCRs from the same screen. Management review inputs and outputs go into Management Review. Gap analysis status is held per clause in Gap Analysis. You keep working in the same system afterwards.
