Not yet. All 45 modules are built and working — the 39-module quality system plus the six-module Production / Operations option — but it's still in active development and we're working with a small number of pilot organizations before opening it up. If you want in early, the pilot program is the door.
All 45 modules are built and working — the 39-module quality system, plus the six-module Production / Operations option (bills of material, inventory, purchasing, routers, work orders and travelers) for shops that run parts — and as of September 2026 there is no clause of AS9100D, AS9120B, AS9110C or ISO 9001:2015 left on the roadmap — the last two to close were validation of equipment, tools and software (8.5.1.1) and information for external providers (8.4.3). That is a narrower claim than it sounds: it means every clause has a real record behind it with the fields the standard asks for, not that the software is finished. It is a prototype build with no production customers yet, and nothing substitutes for a quality manager running it on their own system for a year. What a pilot shapes now is whether what exists holds up, not which clause gets built next.
No software certifies you — a registrar does, after auditing your organization. What JBird does is make sure that when the auditor asks for something, you can produce it, and that you know where your gaps are before they find them.
No. Most pilots come in with an existing manual, a process diagram and a pile of records. Setup is about getting what you already have into one structure, not rewriting your quality system.
Clause structure is data in JBird rather than something hard-coded, so a revision is a content update. When the final text lands we'll map your existing clause work forward instead of resetting your gap analysis. Anyone promising more detail than that before publication is guessing.
Yes, as optional services alongside the software: an annual internal audit, gap analysis and mock audit, management review facilitation, a fractional quality manager, setup and data migration, and certification-day support. Each is quoted per engagement — see the Services page. We are not a registrar or a certification body, and we do not certify anyone.
Your quality records are yours. JBird is a working prototype today, and the production hosting, access control and export story is exactly the kind of thing we want pilot organizations pushing on — particularly with IA9100 set to make information security a requirement rather than good practice.
